Raspberry and ripe red cherry dominate the nose and aroma. Soft tannins accompany earthy and subtle mineral notes, but pure red fruit continues to dominate the palate as well. Early harvest. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts. Minimal intervention. A solid example of an unoaked village wine from the the precious village of Fitero in Navarra.
